Dr. Ayash is a senior scientist at McGill University with expertise in molecular biology research in the fields of Human Genetics, Embryology Development, genetics in Preterm Birth as well as Neurosciences Development (Autism, ADHD and Cerebral Palsy). Dr. Ayash has more than 15 years of expertise in medical laboratories and applied medical research.
Dr. Ayash holds a Ph.D. degree in Experimental Medicine from McGill University in Canada. She Also holds a Masters’ degree in Human Genetics from McGill University in Canada. Her Bachelors’ degree in Biology was awarded by Umm Al-Qura University in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Moamer is a senior scientist with expertise in molecular biology research in the fields of cancer, mammary gland,and muscle development. Dr. Moamer has more than 15 years of expertise in medical laboratories and applied medical research.
Dr. Moamer holds a Ph.D. degree in Experimental Medicine from McGill University in Canada. She Also holds a Masters’ degree in Technical Anatomy and Histology and Bachelors' degree in Biochemistry both of which were awarded by King Abdulaziz University.
Dr. El Newihi possesses over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine, providing him with a solid foundation in the field.
Before joining LQM, Dr. El Newihi built an impressive professional career, working with renowned multinational companies such as MSD and Gilead Sciences. Through his extensive experience, he has developed a robust business network spanning the Gulf region and Egypt. This network has enabled him to identify market opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
Throughout his career, Dr. El Newihi has successfully managed operations in various sectors, including biotech, medical, diagnostics, and breakthrough pharmaceutical products. He has a proven track record of launching these products successfully, showcasing his expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and driving business growth.

Graduate of Civil engineering from University of Miami. Holding over 30 years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas Business. Managed various contracts with KOC, ARAMCO, Joint Operations, Repsol. Re started one of the largest upstream companies in Kuwait. Managed various projects with multi disciplines.
Managed international crew deployments and recruited project requirements staff over different international projects.
Founder and General manager of Technical Centre for Petroleum Consultation “TCPC” , a multi-tier establishment that manages construction of new projects, restructure existing and revise old projects, Training, and efficiency assessments. Created alliances with Many international equipment manufacturers and quality service providers.
Mr. Ayash has achieved his degree in Mass Communication Radio and TV. He has participated in several programs at MBC TV channel. Mr. Ayash has been working as a Director of Public Relations for more than 8 years
